Woke up, cooked and ate bacon, cheese, onion, tomato omelette with 3 eggs. 3 x buttered toast with 3 more buttered toast and marmalade. Felt Ill as left night club at 03:30. Went back to bed till 14:00 (local) then started on the beer. 6 pints in 2.5 hours, feeling human again. Have visitors so no chance of pussy. C'est la vie.
Cracking day down the beach today with my missus and little un. No surfing today, just playing silly games and running around with the dog. Then met up with a few friends and all went for lunch at a beach cafe. Great to feel like I'm living my own life again finally.
Got a carer coming in mornings to get him up, washed and dressed. Then again in reverse in the evening. My Aunt is down for a couple of weeks now to give me a break from it all. My old dear is slowly getting her mobility back, but I still think this is going to end up with him going into residential care in the long term
