I didn’t critic it otherwise it would have been half a page. I just said it looked **** which it did. It may have tasted ok but then I could see by the photo it could have tasted a whole lot better.
Yes Curries do have coconut in them but only the ones I mention this morning. Korma, Passanda and some Kerala dishes.
And thousands of curries. Curry is poor people’s food, unhealthy and mainly disgusting so he should know practically everything there is to know about it.
No, you’re missing the point, any curry that has coconut in should be viscous as it is a natural thickner as is almond flour or gram flour. I could see Luv had used coconut milk probably an inferior one which made the sauce too pissy and no curry should be pissy.
As promised, please note from the method that it is not supposed to be a thick sauce. NOT EVERY CURRY IS THE SAME.
