To be honest I’ve never heard of microwaved scrambled egg.

My father in law once cooked bacon in the microwave. I asked him WTF he was doing and he said that’s how they did it in the cafe.

Eat some pineapple, it's supposed to work..If you don't have any, use coconut instead, maybe put it in a curry.

So coconut is the secret ingredient in all good curries. For all Ginge's extensive training his secret ingredient of whippet doesn't sound as appealing

Oh...did i not tell you, you don't stir a frittata. Hence why i said stove and grill combination. Also you don't add milk like scrabbled egg!

Looks alright that. I love curry and make them at home. Favourites are a Thai monkfish curry and Jalfrezi style Haloumi and Spinach. <ok>

Fair enough, maybe the coconut man wants to keep all the coconuts for himself.

You whisk the eggs - at least 3 based on a small pan in a separate bowl (do not add milk). Gentle start off the other ingredients first, ie bacon - then add the toms or potatoes, then while on a low heat on the stove pour over the whisked egg - you need enough eggs to cover the other ingredients. When the base has had sufficient time to cook, then place under a grill. Add the cheese on top maybe as the final part of the cooking. Cook until it's not runny in the centre, although with toms in it will help maintain the moisture of the dish (you can gentle place the sliced toms in the egg mixture but it must be done as soon as the egg mixture is poured in). Do not stir at any point, just free the frittata from the edges of the pan - when you cooked the bacon that should have added enough grease to stop it sticking, or add a tiny bit of olive oil if non meat based.
