Wrong! Only a some Karela dishes, Korma or a Passanda are coconut based.

Masala is a reference to a mixture of spices and nothing else.

No dude it does not! The chicken is marinaded in yoghurt and spices prior to being pre cooked to be used in a basic curry sauce some restaurants may put a small amount of coconut creme in to thicken the gravy but this is not normal and certainly non that I have worked in.

    I think your wrong.

Have eaten tikka masala in numerous cities and three countries and each one the sauce had coconut in.

Nothing like a korma at all, very hot and aromatic. I'll post the recipe tomorrow.

The conversation was its not coconut based, some may put in coconut creme but most restaurants don't .

    Dude..

I’m possibly the only one on here who appreciates your cooking.. masala sauce is just a red slightly spicier sauce than a korma..

Had a Thai sister over of the sister in law. Tried learning some Thai whilst drunk. Can’t remeber a thing.

It's not korma. It's a South East Indian dish, like I said I'll post the recipe tomorrow.
