Slop in a dish.

I wish people could taste what I made tonight it was really nice but that's down to Madhur Jaffrey and not me, made a mess of the plate with that underside of the thigh meat showing but taste wise it was good.

I love cooking but I'm lazy and tend to stick to one pots and roasts a lot.

 

Just spent the last half hour cleaning that up off my kitchen floor courtesy of my **** of a dog.

I spent years training as a chef in outer Cambodia and can tell you that the gravy is too thick and clearly coconut based
