How's about you resolve to stop making Hull City fans defend Hull to you?

When they use having no buses as a reason for having a lower crowd when most other cities won't have any either? Wonder if it is the same in other countries BTW? Or maybe they don't have things affected by no buses like sporting events etc.

My New Year's Resolution is to not have tripe and onions. One I have made every year and not broken for over 50 years now.

''Steady as she goes'' ...... a mantra too far I'm afraid; we have too many fans who get highs that are too high and lows that are downright suicidal. I'm with you though!

When I was a lad we use to walk from North Hull Estate to Boothferry Park .

Couldn't always afford the luxury of going on the 71f bus from Greenwood ave

No money. It was just after Xmas and New Year.

Few people would get taxis those days at normal rates never mind New Year's Day rates.. In any case there are complaints there aren't enough in Hull nowadays when people can afford them.

Unlike some people who moved away from Hull I moved to Hull and spent 10 years there. Only went back as I had the chance of nearly doubling my money with my job. My wife was happy to leave though. It was alright for me going off to City with lads I had known for quite awhile she used to come along as she likes football, often the only lass there. But when we had kids she was stuck in with no family here. And being the sort of selfish, inconsiderate type I was then I just carried on regardless. Something I regret when I look back.

The Club would like to remind supporters the Park & Ride service from Priory Park will not be running for tomorrow’s fixture against Bolton Wanderers.

There will also be no local bus services operating around the area tomorrow.

Walton Street Car Park will be open as normal, with the following charges:

    £5 per car

    £10 per mini-bus

*Blue badge holders receive parking free of charge.

The chauffeur drop-off point outside the West Stand will be available as normal.

May be my 5 year old's first City match tomorrow....but still semi undecided about going or not, whilst luckily money is not too much of an issue, I just cannot bring myself to pay 18 quid for a ticket for a 5 year old

You would have thought most of our fans with chauffeurs would have given them the day off.

Let’s all abuse that and then just park up around the stadium. Doubt they’d have the brains to check.
