January should be interesting. We’ll be fine, but the Hütt can’t entirely polish all the turds, sadly. There was some residual Hughes in that performance, very little rub of the green, some tired looking players and an awful ten minutes or so of refereeing. We’ll move on and be okay.
We weren't great by any stretch but we had our moments and scored a goal and we were up against a very decent team. What exactly are you expecting? If you genuinely think that that was 'utter dross' then I suspect you've probably been in a coma for the past 18 months.
Valery is fine, he is learning and better than Cedric. Midfield is where we lost the ball time after time. Lemina looked lost and gave the ball away loads, Armstrong was very very quiet. The thing is the team looked tired as ****, they need a day off
Not too disheartened if I'm honest. Spam deserved it despite some suspect refereeing. Pierre would have made a difference. We missed his bite and leadership. I still see this as a new chapter.
