I left home at 17 mate. I've always found it quite relaxing in the kitchen, putting random ****e together.

It may seem like i eat a lot, but it's still not enough.

If you get the chance look up afghani pilau. They make it with chicken on the bone. Bit long winded but really nice

I left at 19. Couldn't boil an egg at the time.

But yeah like to cook. Tends to be more restaurant style as that's where I learnt

Don't do the whole cookery book or Jamie Oliver stuff. Just see where it takes me

I will do. Looking to do something nice with the leftover goose, I'll do a curry but have enough for something else?

Not overly complicated. I thought your hashhy bubbly squeaky thing looked good, then all the ****ing gordon ramsay wannabe's came along with their opinion, like they can do better.

I'm very simple when it comes to cooking and like one pot/pan cooking so that I don't spend all night in the kitchen.

There's better spice mix type ones on YouTube.

Also the "dum" bit is what I described earlier to comm with the whole foil.amd slow heat. But it's even better if you seal it and oven it rather than stove top

The Turkey and leek pie is in the oven, I'll take a pic when it's done.

Having it with some chips and peas.

Stock was made from the turkey and all the remaining meat is in there. She does it, really very tasty.

We had bubble and squeak yesterday, or fry up and they call it round here. Was definitely the real thing, had sprouts and cabbage in so the right amount of bubble.

    Or is that the squeak?

I'm right off the beer, gonna mix me a massive Tanquaray and ginger beer and settle down to Bourne.

I'm sat eating a bowl of fried potoatoes and onions cooked in a thai green curry paste, looks like ****, but very tasty...

The curry paste adds a little zingy twist
