3. Re-heat the pork and mix it with **** loads of veg, noodles and spices
4. Make a doctor’s appointment

 

Yeah there are some leftover from November. They’re keeping warm under the sink.

 

With the jerk and marmalade glaze a pie may well be a good idea, might do pasties with it.

 

I know you’re a trencherman Com but most restaurants don’t do volume on a plate. I suggest you stick to carveries or Hungry Horse venues.

So is your place a restaurant where they do really small portions?

Knowing ex pats out there, i reckon they are more after value for money.

 

Thais and ferangs are no different and expect quality food for their money. If people want to eat cheap there’s plenty enough 30-40 baht street food shops available. Most of the ferangs here are kinyel and living on small pensions. 95% of my business is Thai. Although everybody who eats curry asks for a doggie bag as the portions are quite large.
