I pretty much make all of my own food and rarely buy the prepackaged ****e in the supermarkets. But the point here is that millions of people do and we've got a obesity epidemic on our hands in the UK, so something needs to be done about it. Starting with the food manufacturers who peddle this ****e.
Don't you think a good solution to the problem would be if people started buying their food from small local health food outlets rather than supermarket chains? Obviously avoiding those where the owner is willing to finish a half eaten kebab he found in a bus stop though.
