    Absolutely nailed the turkey this year. Beautifully browned and wasn’t dry. A master class.

    In all fairness my mother did a good job today. Her turkey and roast potatoes were good.

    Massive bit of Beef , going to last days , fantastic Yorkshire puddings and the usual trimmings , all cooked in the new oven . Mrs J was worried how she would get on with it , but she did very very well :)

    We’ve got a friend coming over for lunch , so Duck Brest with spicey red cabbage for lunch. Then for the next few days , Beef with anything that comes to hand !

    Quick walk of the dog and then a turkey butty and beef and piccallili butty pre match. Couple of bets and pints this arvo before the game.
