Roasted mine in pork fat from the joint earlier. I fluff them up with a shake and some flour before chucking them into bubbling hot fat. Makes for nice and crispy muthafuckaz

I'm a decent cook mate. ffs i left home at 17....I'm just lazy as **** cooking for one......All my mates love my scran, but i hardly see any **** now, so don't bother.
Nowt wrong with that. Prefer duck or goose fat. Chips fried in lard are great as is beef dripping. Pretty sure that famous chef chippy in padstow cook everything in dripping.
That will taste fine mate. So long as you’ve par boiled them then fluffed them up then get ya lard red hot and lob em in it.
I did indeed. Overslept and for once never made it with the family so went alone and got a different perspective on it. I'm no rabid believer but it's nice to have an hour out of the madness and reflect. Of course I could do that elsewhere but I'm too lazy and not creative enough to that. Anyway, am now full of good food and decent ale and just finished the washing up to a Clash and Men they couldn't hang sound track so God is in his heaven and all is well with the world.
