Same reason ****s have one partner who acts like a sissy You'd think since they like the same sex they would want someone who represents that sex instead of coming across like representing the opposite sex Red flag if you ask me.
I've asked the question many times...people just snigger at me. If I like blokes why do I want one that acts like a woman? Odd
Gender bending I suppose. But yeah if you’re attracted to feminine qualities, then why not go for a woman instead of a bloke who tries to act like a woman.
I think it must be a rule that once you're out of the closet you gotta mince, I think walking or talking 'hetero' is frowned upon in the LBGTQUHFLGNSUHBEKXN!!'+{(*& community
There's definitely an element of trying to conform to a stereotype in the gay world. In a similar way that some blokes feel like they have to go extra macho just to feel like a man. Why not just be yourself, gay, straight I couldn't give a ****. I'd rather people were just genuine, than trying to portray some kind of persona that they want to people to perceive them to be.
Dr who, I can believe there’s an alien travelling through time and space saving the earth time and time and again but I can’t believe he’d pass on Martha Jones, Amy Pond and Clara because he wants Billie Piper. That’s just not believable.
Food served in restaurants and sold in supermarkets could have a calorie limit applied by the government in a bid to tackle obesity. Ready meals, pizzas, onion bhajis and salads are among the foods which would fall under a calorie cap if the current plans being considered by Public Health England (PHE) are enforced. The changes would impact the food industry, who may have to adapt their recipes and cooking methods in order to lower the calorie content to comply with the regulations. how the **** did they include a ****ing salad in this wacky idea?
That'll be about pre-packed salads that are full of fat and sugar, like a chicken & bacon salad with pasta, which has more calories than 2 big macs. I don't think people understand how far the food industry has gone, and will go, to make people eat ****ty cheap ingredients whilst thinking they are being healthy, they pay their lobbyists hell of a lot of money so they can keep feeding us **** and raking in the $$$. Fortunately the some of the worst practices of the industry are banned in this country, at least until Brexit. after that we open our gates to chlorinated chicken, which has been fed it's own ****, (the chlorine does nothing good) hormone jacked beef plus a ****load of other chemicals added to food that have already been shown to have negative effects on human physiology, but will no longer be banned.
This is what pisses me off about the food industry. Trying to pass off food as ‘healthy’ as they know there’s a big share of the market in health foods, and yet still cramming it full of **** artificial sweeteners, flavourings, fats and oils etc. If you eat a burger, you know it’s going to be full of fat, salt and calorie laden sauces etc. So you can make an informed choice. If you buy a prepackaged salad or pasta thinking it’s a healthy choice, then imo you are being deliberately misled and missold a product. Govt need to introduce the traffic light system on all prepackaged food. Red for high fat, salt and calories. Sometimes you see it in a small box on in the corner, but not all foods use the colours which then basically makes it meaningless unless you have done your homework. It needs to have an actual traffic light symbol on everything that comes prepackaged.
I always think that there needs to be a bit of personal responsibility too though. It's not hard to just look up that's good and what's bad. Sure some things aren't obvious. For example it's better to have two burgers than a burger and chips. Lose the chips and it's better Maybe I'm just getting older and more stingy but a pasta salad box for £3 can be made at home for about 50p. But people buy the bland ****e and civer it in sauces like ketchup or mayo. The sauces do the damage when a simple marinara would be quite healthy
There is some personal responsibility, but there is a lot of deception involved in the food industry and how they are allowed to label and market their products as 'healthy options' when they're really just slightly healthier than the **** option.
I agree that people need to take responsibility for what they eat. But the issue with labelling should aid consumers to make healthy choices, rather than trying to deceive them with words like ‘healthier option’ ‘low fat’ (high sugar) ‘better tasting’ ‘tastes like’ ‘free from’ etc when these products often end up being filled with chemical crap and are nutritionally dead.
