I had pain killers when I bust my knee and I was reading through the leaflet that came in the box as I was bored and saw 'death' listed as a possible side effect.

    Death <yikes>

Had the same with tablets that I took last xmas. They did describe it as "heart failure" and not "death" though. Makes it sound so much milder!!! lol

  9. Haha, if i get this job i'll be over the moon. I've been considering manual labour for a while because part of my apprentice included working in a records department, and most of the job was shifting bulk loads of files and documents, and i got a bit fitter and the time went by much faster than it did sitting at a desk all day.

I'd quite fancy a change, but i can be too picky now really.

You won't get the job anyway.

So many skilled tradesmen are out of work at the minute who would jump at the chance of labouring work

  11. Yes mate, but this job isn't looking for skilled tradesmen. This job is very basic, and they're looking for 18-24 year olds. They're opening up a new section and looking for around 50 new people looking for work.

This job doesn't require anything, all they said is 3-4 GCSE's is desired, but i've got 10 GCSE's .

Speaking of shell shock a mate of mine was round at my gaff when we discovered this disturbing little combo entirely by accident a couple of weeks ago. the two work freakily well together when watched and listened to at the same time. in a morbid kind of way of course.

    open up 2 youtube tabs

    watch this video in one:

with this video playing in the background in another tab. skip to about 30seconds into the track.

more than 300 posts have been put to you over the relative benefits of manual labour, then when we've got you convinced you land an interview in a totally different field!

just laughing at the irony of it.

Not that i'm knocking it mind. good luck in the interview etc. <ok>
