Defensively we are not solid, that's our weakness I'm afraid, I never thought we could do anything here today to be fair, but seeing how the game panned out, we need a kick up the pants for this result.......................<ok>

Yep, if you consistently fail to take your chances it will eventually suck the blood out of the team and that's exactly what happened. We should have been home and dry by 60mins.

Hi don’t normally comment on other clubs website
I have supported Hull City since 1963, remember playing you as Swansea Town New Years Day when it was announced Ivor Allchurch got a MBE!
Anyway I now live in Melbourne ,I missed out on the Premier League by being here.
My point is that I can take banter about the club etc, but I feel I need to point out why we are getting poor attendances.
We used to get in the 20000s when we were in League one, it is because of the Allan’s the owners
They have taken away the soul of the club, they cracked it when they couldn’t be approved of their proposal to change our name to Hull tigers. They have removed everything to do with Hull City, they don’t talk to certain media. They have done away with concessions for kids, disabled.
When we won the play off final v Sheffield Wednesday the City fans booed when one of the Allams lifted the cup,and it wasn’t good natured booing.Steve Bruce walked because of them
They keep saying they are selling the club whilst pocketing the parachute payments, they don’t go to home games.
Long standing supporters refuse to put money in their hands by going to games
It could have been so different if they had just sat back and not interfered.
A final example of them is when a group called City till we die was formed in protest, they said we don’t care if you die.
    Great PR ,right?
Anyway we live in hope that they will be gone soon, they admit they are not football people, and we can rebuild.
Best of luck, just wanted to hopefully enlighten you.Take care.

Sounds like they are only in it to make a profit - just another business to them.
This is what happens when you fail to take note of how a football team affects the fans and community.

When you take into consideration all the insults and abuse constantly hurled in his direction by the " usual suspects ", your assertion that he is " talking to himself ", is clearly way off the mark.

So come January, when the Owners fail to put their hands in their pockets to purchase a player or two, the " fans " and the " community " will come to the rescue and produce sufficient funds to do the necessary business ?

Good luck with that scenario. <laugh>

But Vetch, why would the fans and/or the community do that? As you (& Dai) have said often, it’s the Yanks’ business <cheers>

Of course not - you're just being stupid and you know it, the fans have paid money into the system for years via tickets and shirts etc etc. which, combined with the emotional investment the fans and community have in their club, feel they have a right to not just sit back and let it be destroyed by owners who evidently don't give a ****.

If you think a football club should have the same ethics as Sports Direct then you truly don't understand what a football club is about.

I think you should quit whilst your behind pal.
