I prefer to think that we should only be 11 points from safety with 20 games to go! Can't see it being more than 38 needed.

 

Great win - clean sheet on the road and we actually get a penalty!

 

With Burnley on only 12 pts then i think 36 will be nearer the points need for safety

 

Another European adventure would be amazing but reality says we would struggle in the PL next season if we qualified. Just use Burnley last season to this season as an example. I would be happy to finish top ten and take a few of the big boys scalps again along the way (starting Boxing Day)

 

Agree - besides, there's another way of getting European football season and none of us would say no to that

 

I watch European football nearly every week. Watford would thrash my local side.

Typically I have no spare leave next year thanks to Mrs Fez overdoing the bookings so a European Tour is a given. Especially as I missed out drawing lots at work for Kaiserslautern and couldn't afford the trips behind the iron curtain.

 

"Troy deeney is an odious charcater on the pitch"- from the pricks who have Mark Noble and Andy Carroll in their ranks Their superiority given the way they are such filth off the pitch is hysterical.

 

Before we start thinking of 6th place there is currently 7 teams chasing that spot ,but a top 10 place will be great

 

I don't care as long as we are safe and take some scalps - I'm genuinely wondering if it could be our year cup wise...

Thanks Its good to be back .It was so hard to see the comments and the predictions and not be able to join in .Im well it was computer being locked out and not being able to sign in . Im sure beating Wet Spam will keep us all happy until Boxing day ,As far as being safe im (the Grim Reper) will not be back until just before the Liverpool game away so i hope we have approx 40pts by then .I think this year 36 will be the target to be safe. I wish everyone on here a very happy Christmas and a ok Boxing day
