It looks to me like we are going for Poch.

Paul Mitchell is rumoured to be on his way in as DoF, and that looks like it’s being put in place to enable Poch, who was disappointed when Mitchell quit Spurs by all accounts.

If we want him and he wants us, the money is no object.

    I hope not.

I quite like him and Spurs are watchable under his tenure.

They'll have to give him a proper war chest for him to go.

If he goes its solely Levy's fault.

Hoping he hold out for Madrid.

Having just read he got hit by a plastic bottle, and knowing the damage air seems to do to him, I assumed he'd died tonight.

I think that Utd know that if they really want Poch, it's going to take a "softly, softly" approach, which is why they are prepared to play it out until the summer.
I actually think if they tried to prize Poch away now, he would say no.

Already resigned to not winning anything this season? ;)

You're a relative **** hair off top spot in the PL with 19 games to go, and still in the CL.

Actually, Kane going to Madrid and Poch staying would be very good for Spurs, the lad would pull in a handsome fee, and who knows, might get Bale back on the cheap.

The Coutinho money did wonders for us. <ok>

If I were United I'd offer crazy money for Kane in the summer, he's just what they need up front

  14. I've just seen the interview that Poch gave immediately after Mourhinho was sacked, where he talks about sitting down with Fergie. The hack was clearly trying to lead him towards revealing a desire to emulate Ferguson at United.

What Poch did was to remind the hack that Fergie won his first title in his seventh year at United, and he said that it's still early for him at Spurs.

    Pure class!
    <applause>

Poch will be at Spurs for a very long time.

If you were confident about what you were saying, you'd put your peanuts on the line and back it up.
