Id be the same Bope. I wouldn't have spent the last 4 years calling Poch **** then trying to land him the United job because really I know he's class it's just that I've got Spurs butthurt so I'd rather Spurs didn't have Poch...ill take United becoming powerful and dominant again..but he left Spurs and that's what matters hahahaha

    Makes sense...winner pants time

Poch isn't ****, he is just at a **** club.
I'd much rather he stay at Spurs than go to United, and I'd prefer him to go to Spain over both.
Why would anyone be butthurt about Spurs? You havent done anything, except kept the pressure on leicester for a bit.

As that Torygraph article alludes to, Levy is looking for outside investment. If he secures a decent investment into the club things could change quickly.

A Poch with decent money to spend on our squad would worry every rival.

When was a manager last prevented from taking up a new job by his current employers?

Maybe, but at the very top you need to deal with the egos of those top players. I think Poch has done that well to some degree but it will be different again at RM or UTD and it may not go well for him.

Of course it’s s risk, as any new manager at a new club is.

Anyway, off out to the market.

It will cost United less in compensation to get Poch than it cost them to bring in Lindelof ... the money is no object; neither, in reality, is Poch's existing contract ... that is, if he is determined to go and United are determined to get him ... the hike to the share prize if he joins them will more than cover the financial cost ....

Joining United from Spurs isn't really much different than joining Spurs from Southampton ... it's just another step on the ladder ... he's an ambitious and talented Argentinian football manager ... he will always have a soft spot for the clubs he has manged (and, indeed, played for) but that's about it ...

... that's the reality .. **** for the fans ... but life goes on <ok>

    Never, really.
Managers contracts aren't anywhere near as Ironclad as Player contracts because the clubs want to be able to sack their manager at the drop of a hat, if they want.
A simple pay off does the trick. If the manager is open to the move, then 9 times out of 10, the move happens.
I dont know if Poch is keen on United though, we will see.

That's not true. Since Busby left in 1970, they only had 4 managers until Fergie came along.

Pretty sure they didn't want to make that mistake on the previous three efforts either...

Pogba showing what a classless turd he is... if the 'tweets' / comments being attributed to him are accurate ... United should ditch the blingy ciunt as soon as they can IMHO ... will undermine any manager not prepared to worship at the altar of Pog <ok>

To be fair to them though, every manager they have appointed has been decent, and had good track records.
Van Gaal and Jose have won tons of ****.
Moyes not so much, but he, like Poch, had done a great job at a club with less resources.
