The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 19th Dec)

Met Mr Bielsa again tonight. Shopping in Morribobs. I was focussed on the shopping until I couldn't past an old couple. Old guy was singing MOT & she was prattling away to no-one in particular (or so I thought). I just assumed they were pissed. Then I noticed that it was Bielsa that she was talking to, 10 to the dozen. He just smiled at her, and said "I no speak english". Lacking severely in Spanish, I simply shook his hand again & said "thank you". Same as last time. Wasn't as star struck this time & might have asked for a selfie, but for the fact that my phone is in the post after leaving it in Scotland at the weekend. On reflection, I think the selfie would have been out of order when the poor sod was trying to get his shopping done. Big grin all over my face. Makes a change!

 

Would love Forster and Forestieri...just no loans please, as we need them to play for the shirt as though their lives depend upon it, not just until the end of the season for something to do.

2 top quality players who are ready to go straight into the first team and they both would improve us considerably.

Realise it would be massive gamble financially to sign a PL player in Forster but it would be the right signing at the right time if we could pull it off. Regarding Forestieri any previous history is all water under the bridge, different times, different owner, etc etc. Seems to have a bit of attitude about him and a nasty streak which I quite like in an attacking player.

 

Is this now turning into a thing?

 

Complete nonsense, but hey ho some people get off on starting/creating these type of rumours.

The reasons why should be obvious to everybody.

 

The clincher, IMO is that he's out injured. That's it nailed on then!

Not particularly surprised at the young reporter though as his work so far has failed to impress. Much more likely that it's Urquhart trying to get a transfer to the Sun/Mirror...hence the speculative tweet.

It doesn't help that the genuine Joe Arquhart has tweeted the fake article

 

Not a fake tweet... LUFC and Liam Cooper tweeted a video of himself back in training.

 

The real Urquhart retweeted the fake article (to take the piss) along with a comment saying, look Mum, I've made it.

Reason - lots of people have had fake Phil Hay accounts.

 

Look carefully, the fake article is a retweet by the genuine Arquhart

 

That was actually a funny tweet.

Apologies Mr Urquhart as at least you have sense of humour about these things.
