No. Did you miss the part where the conservatives have already made and endorsed a deal?
"The Conservatives" didn't make and endorse any deal. That is why the vote was pulled. May, her civil servant(s) and half of her cabinet "made and endorsed" the deal with the majority of the Conservative party refusing to endorse it (on both sides of the Brexit argument.)
"Conservatives" did endorse the manifesto.
People voted conservative based on their manifesto.
His constituency (61% leave) elected the Conservatives.
He is defying the party's manifesto promises and his constituency electorate.
Conservative MPs have not endorsed the deal. They did endorse the manifesto.

How? He refuses to vote for the deal, he thinks it is a bad deal. The manifesto makes clear it still believes "no deal is better than a bad deal."

So now you're argument that he should quit the conservative party is because he would do the same thing you just said the majority of the conservative party would do? Well that's a quick way to get a Labour government.
My argument is he would be defying Theresa may who has endorsed the deal not the conservative party and shouldn't need to leave the party..
You can't say he both should and shouldn't follow Theresa May.

Looking through he post history I only find support for her deal. He just wants to avoid no deal.
Forgive me but I have to bring up what the Mother of Parliaments has spent hours of its precious time debating today. Well it’s not as though there’s anything else going on is there? Jeremy Corbyn is accused of calling Theresa May a “stupid woman” during PMQ’s today. To put this in context, the Tory benches in their entirety were engaged in practicing for their Christmas panto, and Corbyn clearly said, under his breath and off the record, “stupid people”. Having been asked to return to the House and clarify the matter, Corbyn indeed confirmed that his words were “stupid people”. That of course didn’t satisfy the baying hounds on the government benches and “trial by points of order” went on for nearly an hour. Anyway, here’s Jezza, see what you think.

You won;t find many arguments on this from Tories like me. Most Tory forums have "cheekily" gone along the lines of "What is the problem with what he said? If he said that he is right."
The ridiculous thing here is the supposed "right wing" Tories engaging in Faux outrage that the left is always accused of.
And then those banging on about sexism (left and right) is even more faux outrage. It isn't sexist to call a woman stupid. It is only sexist to call someone stupid because they are a woman. Everybody needs to grow up and ignore this kind of rubbish but that is where we are in this era where if you criticise Soros you are immediately branded an anti-semite, even though most people probably didn;t even know he was Jewish. If you criticise black players it is due to racism and if you criticise a woman it is sexism.
There has been a discussion on Lincoln forums about the criticism of John Akinde with many pushing the "racism" line. Ignoring that people are criticising what he does on his pitch and the same people say he should lose his place to Matt Green (another black player.) I have still heard zero benefits of leaving, and plenty of potential downsides.
The argument utilising the "enabling" is the disingenuous part. We should be stamping on those doing this stuff but the argument about never doing anything because "it enables" is just a tool to try and stop things you don't like happening.
Prosecute these people if they commit crimes. Does not in any way mean that we should not change something because some idiots are "enabled."
