Contracts can be taken very seriously. And you’ve yet to explain why it’s ‘utter drivel’ I signed numerous ones in my career and unless the law has changed you can be held to the terms of that contract that you willingly signed.
exactly, aurier cost you 45 milliont. likewise davinson sanchez cost you 60 million using the nsis calculator
A hunch. Reportedly Zidane hadn’t wanted to return to football management until 2020, but would consider 2019 if the right offer came along. He’s also said to be interested in managing in the Prem. Of course it’s a rumour, but then that’s all Poch is too.
Can I assume that if he stays you will help us deal with wums who tell us he is not a winner cause he has no Cups yet? You clearly don't believe that - or is it only if he leaves?
i can't do that mate. That would be denying a fact. I will however deal with the wums who say he hasn't done a good job or that the spuds aren't a top 4 club at the moment though
Just do your research mate it’s not hard is it? I can present my employee with a contract saying he’s never allowed to leave the company unless I get £1bn, but it doesn’t hold up in court, so what’s in that contract is worthless unless it holds up in court. I’m sure Levy knows this. He will simply have to prove the losses that he incurs are quantifiable, which is usually where the two clubs come to a mutual agreement. It’s different from player contracts mate.
So you're allowed to go on a hunch but when the rest of us use history/circumstance to say the opposite we're just talking bollocks?
Why doesn’t it hold up in court? It will hold up unless there is something illegal in the contract. Once again, if you willingly sign a legally enforceable contract you can be held to the terms of that contract.
No, I haven’t. I’ve called it speculation, as is the Zidane story. I put that clearly in my post, yet you choose once again to read into it what you want to see, rather than what it actually says.
Mourinho didn't want Giggs on his coaching staff because he couldn't trust a man that ****ed his brother's wife for 8 years, apparently. I'm finding it difficult to think of an argument against that one, to be honest!
Because you can’t just put something in a contract and it becomes legal ffs. Let’s make this easy, do you think Levy can pick any figure he wants and put it in that contract should MP wish to leave for another club?
