His approach to the game (and he only has one, that’s his weakness) works when he had a complete buy in from a group of players willing to work hard for 90 minutes, and put the team before the individual. That’s why he got rid of all the big time Charlie’s at your club when he first went there. Not sure some of those prima donnas at Utd would be up for his approach. There will have to be a clear out when he gets there imo.

Both Real and United will be looking to pull poch away, with promises of half a billion transfer pots, both need rebuilding. While it seems like taking a step down to take over United atm, and it is at least this season, United are not looking for a one season fix here, and that sort of reset and rebuild is what Poch might be interested in, with significant financial backing plus what he gets from the clearout at United If Poch goes, I think so will some of the players too. For Spurs sake, they need to win the CL or PL this season (or come very close) imo, plus promise Poch significant funds, to keep their best players and manager
By all accounts, once the hack journos had done with their ITK info, all we were left with at the start of the season was a couple of ball boys and an abandoned jockstrap that Kane had left hanging in the showers.
