I’d imagine the lure of the best academy in English football, a huge pay rise and being manager of the biggest club in the world is enough of a draw, without having to list reasons why he is on a hiding to nothing at his current club.

Managers are just like any other player or person, they will always try to better themselves if they get offered the chance. Their are very few who's heart is at a particular club, Fergie and Wenger may have been the last two but that wasn't the case when they joined said clubs, that was because of time spent there. If Fergie had lost the FA Cup and been sacked 6 years into his tenure with us he would have moved onto another club and done well there 20 years in it may have been devastating for him.

Look at Pep, a real Barca man as a player but ****ed off to Bayern and now City, where do you think his heart is?

Yeah you lot have produced some good ones in recent years. We ain’t done too badly either. I think in terms of best academy team, Chelsea probably have the best at the moment, swear I see them win every ****ing thing year on year. They never get a chance in the first team though so all seems to go to waste.
