Was involved in a thread on the Newcastle board about the best eleven from the North East and put the following forward as Yorkshire's finest:

    F. Campbell - K. Davies - C. Jerome

    Milner -- Cleverley -- Delph -- Lennon

    Jagielka - Cahill - M. Dawson

    Kenny/Robinson

Any of you fine Yorkshiremen know of anyone who could improve that team?

Is that F. Campbell stand for Fraizer by any chance? If so he's injured.

Or you just mean at any one time? Irrespective of injury.

He was just there to make up the numbers really. Couldn't think of any fullbacks of any quality, so had to stick another striker in. But yeah, I don't think it matters too much if they're injured as long as they're a quality player.

You misunderstand me. Couldn't think of any fullbacks of any quality. ;)

Is he actually any good these days? Thought he was a bit-part since the arrival of Dudgeon.

He's been a bit hit and miss over the last few seasons and now he's a bit time player i suppose. Did really well when picked from the start v Reading though. Great servant to the club and all.

    Clive, isnt richards from Birmingham?

Deffo robinson above kenny though. I would put woodgate and howson in as well. Why cant i think of any strikers, surely there is a decent enough striker to play alongside davies?

He's from Chapeltown, and yeah Robbo has to be the keeper.

Gosh it's a worry when the current Yorkshire dream team features Kevin Davies and Cameron Jerome up front.

its tough - maybe explains why Yorkshire teams are not exactly setting the world alight right now.

a couple of names: Caleb Folan, Billy Sharp - really scraping the barrel here!

Isn't James Chester from Yorkshire? Think he'd be in with a shout as well, though looking at that defence he wouldn't get a sniff in there unfortunately.

Middlesborough we had 2 men sent off
Ipswich we scored 1 and looked like we were gonna have about 4 but got another man sent off
