Can't get away with "The diamond strip" as they call it (apparently). The music is dreadful and most of the lasses are slutty wag-wannabe's and all the lad's are spice-boys or bling-bling ****ers. Much prefer the likes of The Forth, North Bar, Head Of Steam and Gotham etc. Anywhere that sells good quality beer and plays good tunes.

Plays the same tracks every week without fail but it's a good laugh. I just feel out of place in Koo's etc because I don't drape myself in designer jewellery and drink overpriced champagne. Plus, there's only so many times you can hear Rihanna or JLS before you feel physically sick.

JLS isn't but some of Rihanna's I like, I like most things in the charts at the moment but as I said, after a few shots all music sounds the same. I just want a good laugh tbh.

That's fair enough, I'm not a miserable ****er and I'll make the most of wherever I go, we're very lucky to have so much choice in Newcastle. Trust me, Sunderland is a gash night out. EVERYWHERE (bar that place that used to be White Rooms) is rammed with charvas and kids, I **** you not, even I feel old going out round there and I'm only 26 ffs.

Living in Lincoln for these few weeks has put me off going out entirely. It's ****. There's nowhere to go. I hate most of the clubs round here. I hated them when I lived in Lincoln... makes it worse after living in Manchester for a year!

I live in Cramlington, that's not bad but its just pubs. Not far to Newcastle though. You live in Amble right? I have a few mates there that go to a few pubs and they say its not bad.

Aye. Not got much to compare it to as I rarely get to go further afield but it's not anything special either.

It does, don't go in there much to be honest. Don't really go out in Crammy to be honest very much. Town or not at all.

Yeah Koo's is always too rammed and there is lots of helmets in there, but I did talk to Shay Given once in there about robinho so cant knock it :). I cant remember what I said I was hammered but he is deceivingly huge and built and has a Irish accent..... such a lucky man! haha. Gotham is good for pre-drinks.

Been a few places but Newcastle defiantley has the best choice! Although Digital has gone down hill in my eyes..
