    Nothing wrong with constructive criticism. Any manager worth his salt with look for the weak aspects of a performance before the strong ones. Even in a 5-0 win.

    I'm a big fan of Rom but he was off the pace and sloppy today. And that cock up - especially after last week - was unforgiveable.

    But i forgive him anyway :emoticon-0105-wink:

    What a legend Ralph is ... how much has he achieved in a week? ****ing miracle worker.

    I haven't enjoyed a game of football as much as I did today since the cup final ... very much like watching the days of Adkins, Poch & Koeman.

    He did make a big mistake. However he offered himself to take the ball in lots of tight situations and I wouldn't be surprised if he attempted the most passes in our side today.

    Posted in the Ralph thread but also... he really has set his stall out early.

    - did an excellent first press conference
    - charmed the fans
    - told the players how it is, to their face
    - doesn't pussyfoot around
    - stuck a rocket up them
    - said if people don't want to work hard, they will fall away
    - brought more young players into first-team training
    - cancelled days off
    - upped the daily training hours
    - worked hard on pressing and tactical structure
    - dropped established pros to give places to academy lads
    - won his first home game (against Arsenal, unbeaten since August)

    Yep, they all start with a clean slate for me under Ralph and while they wear the shirt I wish them the best.

    Still can't see a way back for Fraser unfortunately though.
