I think we did the whole Orta thing last week jammy. But to recap I said Orta was a disaster st boro because he was a disaster at boro. I questioned his involvement in choosing tc, I criticised the amount of 4 year deals dished out like confetti. I queried the amount of u21 signings but cut some slack for that as it was clearly part of a plan to buy in talent as we had run down the academy under Cellino. Tellingly radz has been critical of the money spent on this. I also think his record in the transfer market for us has, especially in european players, has been just ok, some hits some misses. Bluntly I stand by my criticism. I also have said that his role in getting bielsa required him voluntarily giving up some control, and frankly if bielsa gets us up, it completely trumps all of the previous misgivings.
