I reckon I can beat DC's time in 24hrs, havent played Gt5 for 3 months, jumped back on for a few laps and was hitting low 1:18s, (which was already beating half the 6 drivers there) just got to be smooth and clean.
Yes but DC did his lap on his 1st or 2nd flying lap, if he did more then I am sure he could get below 1:16. Plus it is the situation as well, 15 mins to post your fastest lap, the nerds could not handle the pressure while DC could.
He was doing warmup laps before hand, like the the gamers were. I haven't played GT5 in 3 months so I'm saying it isn't that hard to beat if your not under a huge amount of pressure.
Yeah, I agree. With about a few hours (at most) practice, it is very beatable. If I was there I think I may have put alot more effort into it and actually have gotten the 16's to get a trip to Brazil But I wasnt so i'm not bothered
One thing I did notice is that DC, like everyone else who drives round that track drives on the red and white at the followthrough. GT5 won't let you and invalidates your time. Got to be a bit of time lost there
