Thai. Must confess, bought the red paste as had a busy day but the rest is my own work. Can piss a red or green Thai, been doing them for ages. Usually make the paste too.
Been trading at another food event today. Got myself some air dried salami and a block of gouda to slice up and have with some cold beers later
Have had a cheese filled bratwurst which resembled a spunky dogs cock and a grilled ham hock bap so far. Plus 7 pints.
Lot of work in a red Thai curry paste. Pepper corns, cumin powder,coriander powder,dry red Chillies, salt oodles of garlic, shallots, lemon grass, coriander roots, galangal, kaffir leaves & shrimp paste.
Yep, I know. Got everything bar lemon grass so used a bought paste instead. Only got very lazy ginger too, not actually galangal.
