Was ****ing lush mate.

 

My Indian should be about 30 mins.

 

We ate most of it, saved a lunch portion for Monday though!

Thai.

Must confess, bought the red paste as had a busy day but the rest is my own work.

Can piss a red or green Thai, been doing them for ages. Usually make the paste too.

 

Penang

 

Like beef in a penang myself.

 

Been trading at another food event today. Got myself some air dried salami and a block of gouda to slice up and have with some cold beers later

 

Roughly translated.

Been to Aldi, got some ham and cheese slices, and some Dr Pepper.

 

After I throw away the packaging, I'll post up some pics

 

Have had a cheese filled bratwurst which resembled a spunky dogs cock and a grilled ham hock bap so far. Plus 7 pints.

 

Lot of work in a red Thai curry paste.
Pepper corns, cumin powder,coriander powder,dry red Chillies, salt oodles of garlic, shallots, lemon grass, coriander roots, galangal, kaffir leaves & shrimp paste.

 

Yep, I know.

Got everything bar lemon grass so used a bought paste instead.

Only got very lazy ginger too, not actually galangal.

 

Lemon grass is expensive back home, it’s a ****ing weed here.

 

Smashed and on a trAin. Question is either Amsterdam chips and home, or more beer then home .

 

this sounds my kind of night..

 

I’m on the train home now. Loads of bcfc fans on the train. Good value to be fair.
