Boro without Besic who’s a big player for them next week. Bad luck again. Hope we keep doing what we’re doing rather than panic.
We were no walk over. That stamp on Cameron ( unpunished) put him out of the game, and the Ref completed their win with the pen. But they were slightly the better team.
I want Furlong to have a chance anyway. Cameron would be a real loss though but less so with Besic suspended.
We’re going through a tough spell, but it sounds as though we are battling. Onwards to try and turn our form around - feels more like it will come again (though concerned about the injuries to Cameron and Rangel).
Bad result but they're promotion favourites so a little perspective needed. We used to fold in games like this but we're showing spirit and still making it tough for the opposition. We're comfortably mid table which is probably where we deserve to be...
I've watched the Leistner penalty incident about 20 times and it doesn't look like he touched the ball. Even if he did the ref has guessed it because from his position there's no way he could've seen it.
Rangel did a lot of good work again today. it was his pass to Wells for the goal, he also set up Wells for a really good chance in the 2nd half. Leeds didn't get much joy out of him and Pawel down their left either.
On the Leefs stream, said they hadn't had a penalty for 59 games - we are always good odds to end a run like that....
Terrible pen decision Ref could not see that plus he didn’t touch it ! Good enough performance imo and if anyone had me if we would compete with Leeds at the start I would of said: Goat
So twice in a month we’ve lost tight away games after incredibly soft penalties with this referee. If we were Chelsea he’d have had death threats by now.
Ffs. 2 big fat ****ers sat/stood right in front of me. Missed our goal and missed the penalty incident!! Infact I saw very little apart from 2 big fat ****ers
