They claim not to be obsessed with us, but we are the only club they have a dedicated topic to. Their rivals thread is essentially a Liverpool one and in their games they compare everything to us. I really don't get why they are so obsessed.
tbf he is like that over a number of clubs not just ours. I'm still to work out if that is a positive or negative.
To be honest I've tried and failed to have a genuine friendly discussion with him but he's full of his own importance and deluded as to Spurs status and success in the game.
It would send them loopy, it's a strange one, they are strange team, not **** enough to be a laughing stock, not big enough to be a threat. It's rare they are thought about by any one I reckon. I know they have a thing with arsenal but that's it. Neither Manchester club, us or Chelsea are arsed. They are like the one prick in the office who thinks they are important but nobody talks to.
I think they like to think that we are on some sort of equal footing, the next teir down from city. This season it hasn't even crossed my mind to worry about them, chase city, keep ahead of Chelsea. Not arsed about utd or spurs. Keep a friendly eye on arsenal as I quite like the club.
We march on!! Another win, another clean sheet. This was the complete performance - controlled it from start to finish. Efficient, effective, entertaining. Fabinho was excellent and it’s good seeing him stamp his authority on the game. Keita good in patches - just wish we got him more involved on the ball but on the side, he was excellent defensively. Matip slotted in well, Shaqiri looked very lively, Firmino’s touch was back and salah was back to his best. There was no bad performer today. Really impressive
They are playing Fulham at home, I wouldn't start to panic just yet. Plus mourinho will panic, see his sacking pay check disappearing and play pogba in goal or something equally ridiculous.
Really surprised that Keita played LW wit shaq in the middle. Pretty much points towards klopp seeing shaq as his creative man in the middle.
Refs rarely go back to book someone in those circumstances. Think they see it like well they were punished enough with the goal but was a horrible tackle. I guess the OG and falling flat on his ass was punishment enough in the end
remember spurs are defined not by trophies but by finishing ahead of Liverpool in league a few times. Everton used to play the same game.
