    That’s controversial, I would say it can only be either cheese and beans or cheese and coleslaw. Can’t see coleslaw and beans being a decent combo.

    Interesting choice. Is it not a waste of gammon? I’d rather have gammon with chips and mushy peas with a fried egg or two.

    I like the way the bean juice mixes with the coleslaw and the hot / cold mouthfuls.

    Them £3 small gammon joints are ideal with plenty left over. Cross cut the Jacket, press out the potato, knob of butter, 4 decent slices of gammon and the peas on the top.. bingo <ok>

    Take all the wrapping off and soak it in cold water for about an hour before you cook it.. gets rid of a lot of the salt..<ok>
