Wasn't he the one who managed Swansea to safety when we went back down, I think more credit for that should be given to the Allams than him.
He was good while Big Sam was unemployed, but lost the plot when he was on his own. I think Alex Bruce talks a lot of sense as a pundit, has very good connections in the game, knows the club and the area, and we could do a lot worse than give him a go as our next manager. What do other posters think?
I'm hoping they go for Ehab Allam, I think he would be a great manager for them. I will even fill in his application and give him a great, super, fantastic reference. Good luck Ehab.
Bruce is the favourite to replace Clement. https://www.expressandstar.com/spor...teve-bruce-favourite-to-take-over-at-reading/
I think a lot of manager's contracts have clauses in that allow club's to sack the manager without a massive pay-off Most manager's are desperate for a job it's only the top manager's who can refuse to include these clauses
Bruce would have one or two faces he knows if he went. Hadn't realised that Quinny had left Reading and gone to Burton though.
