Just got rumbled at work looking at it. Mainly because I started laughing at this:

It’s vibrant but things have to be priced right. First two weeks gave away free samples now the Thais are the biggest buyers of my wares.

Nah, some people around me do but I'm quite chilled. I've had lunatic pongos like @Commachio wanting to beat the crap out of me in a previous job so somebody getting angry on the phone doesn't cut it.

 

I always found contact with the public challenging but they can’t handle politeness back when they really want to piss down your neck.
