I'm surprised so many politicians are voting against it. It's a great deal for the left wing, EU worshippers. We are basically staying tied to them. What's not to like?

Saf rolling out a flurry of punches this morning. Sensible talk, unlike the horse punching remainers.

The suggestion that Remain / Leave is a Right / Left thing is daft.

    Most Tory MPs voted Remain.

The Labour front bench are Leavers.

Kate Hoey and JRM are on the same page when it comes to Brexidiocy.

If anyone wants to have a tantrum about parties being pro-Remain then they should focus on the Lib Dems and SNP.

The arch Brexit party is the DUP and they are now voting against the Tory government!

Depends what you want or don't want from Brexit. Hannan said he wanted a Norway deal as he likes EFTA but doesn't like or want the EEA so it wouldn't actually be a Norway deal!

A Norway deal would include freedom of movement. Take out the freedom of movement and it's no longer a Norway deal.

    Therein lies the problem.

The Brexiters have pointed at various deals they like but then start picking out the bits of it they don't like.

I'm happy with freedom of movement and always have been, ie that if i was to choose to live in another European country, i wholly support myself.

So does a Norway deal fit with me on that point?

Yeah you might be happy with a Norway deal although you'd have to accept that the UK would still be subject to some EU laws without being able to vote on them.

    Basically it's EU membership-lite.

I accept that i'm never going to be able to exit completely from EU rules it seems. Certain media sources claim we would have tougher EU rules on us than Norway have, I would be against being subject to tougher rules. I want everything to do with Europe, i want to be tied to the EU in the least possible way. It's finding that balance. I could be stubborn and be strongly in favour of a no deal, but i also know that does not relate to my true thoughts on the way forward, but it might be the only way to kick the EU and Brussels into touch, and stop them from playing what i see as games with us and interference on our democracy. Basically it's a mess, but would i vote leave again in hindsight. Yes, one hundred percent i would, it's not for me to dictate how that income is implemented, i can only state the bits i do and do not like.

DUP are going to go apeshit when they see the legal advice that the government have been forced to publish. NI being treated differently to GB in the backstop customs union.
