Poor Oriol, he's going to drop of shock soon ... must be weird being part of a team winning comfortably.
https://southamptonfc.com/news/2018...-southampton-norwich-city-premier-league-1819 A good result for the youngsters. 4 - 1 against Norwich.
https://southamptonfc.com/news/2018...ton-under-23s-fleet-town-hampshire-senior-cup Still winning at all levels!
Nice move from Saints, Robise cuts inside plays a great pass for the overlapping left back(Morris) who picks out Christian Norton to head home. Will Ferry is ferry impressive First time I’ve had a chance to watch a lot of these lads play
Nice to see the next crop of youngsters in action. Thought the co-commentator(u16 coach Louis Carey) was very insightful. Some huge potential in this team, everyone looked technically sound and a few don’t look too far away physically from first team involvement. Goalkeeper has all the attributes to be very good indeed. Big and imposing for his age and great quick reflexes. Pacey Centre backs Enzo Robise had a few tricks, but end product was not always there. Christian Norton showed good movement and seemed clinical. He even missed his chances well(if that makes sense) Will Ferry looks like the star. Control and passing exceptional, happy to receive the ball in tight areas and inventive. Unlike Hesketh & Sims at his age, he doesn’t look like a strong breeze would knock him off the ball. Think we might have a playa here
