My mate was thinking about leaving his mrs after 20 odd years, as basically things have gone stale and depressing indoors, the kids are grown up(one working, the other at uni) but will be upset if they split, the selling of the family home and finding somewhere else is a major headache, thats providing his Mrs doesn't get awkward, life and the future could be so much better with a new start but things could go pear-shaped and he could end up with nothing living in a bedsit all alone, so maybe he'll just toodle along in a unhappy marriage as he doesn't want to upset his nearest and deerest. This sums up brexit to me, some who want to change the dire present and some who are content to live a miserable present because 'things ain't that bad'
