Austrian, limited success in his first job, changes to management in Germany, falls out with the incumbent leaders in his first role for not giving him an indefinite contract whilst honing his skills as an unbeatable counter attacker and man manager, eyes the south coast of England. What???
Going to announce him at the same time as Walcott and Promes? Will be an article on Thursday about how we tried but he turned the job down and we turned to our 2nd choice. Experienced PL stalwart David Moyes
Pleased to see that everyone's keeping their feet on the ground. Before Sparky left I was unaware that the new messiah was waiting to join us. Vin
Austrian press now reporting that Hasenhuttl has signed the contract and gone to England. Will officially be presented tomorrow, before taking a seat in the stands at Wembley to watch Kelvin's game in charge - as per their reports. https://www.kleinezeitung.at/sport/...8SqqjmJQ_YSte11XZRXjQc4XSiodGCln_S-UwbpIHW1EI
With regards to the umlaut you champagne snobs might like to say the correct way to pronounce Moët & Chandon given that Moët was a German. Dell boy got it spot on but the wine snobs laughed at him. I have been to Moët & Chandon's champagne house in Epernay and they say it just like Dell Boy.
Probably worth mentioning that Leipzig have assembled a very good young squad, I assume Mitchell had a big part to play. They have a number of players under the age of 21 who are being touted for big things. Whether any of them would fancy a move to the PL with their former manager or the recruitment guy who brought them to the club would be interesting. Leipzig aren't exactly skint though so would be some hefty fees which would probably rule us out
Reading a Cardiff forum, several members posted that they were relieved the new manager wasn't going to be Fat Sam.
