I was watching ToTP from 1976 the other night and Dave Lee Travis was on. What a ****er that guy was.

 

The Hairy Cornflake.

 

Derrick May and Derrick Carter are both amazing. I used to love Jeff Mills when I were a lad. Cajmere was very good. Richie Hawtin was good before 'minimal' disappeared up its arse and became plain 'boring'. Had a 'eureka' moment to Chez Damier sometime in the mid-90s . And Terrence Parker plays some amount of cheese but his technical ability is miles ahead of virtually every other house-techno dj.

But my two favourites are the (to me) utterly legendary Twitch and Brainstorm, residents at Pure (although Twitch is probably better known now through Optimo).
