Apparently has agreed in principle to replace Hughes. Modern coach who apparently plays a high pressing game, finished second with Leipzig last seaaon. Reckon this could be a bit of a coup for us, anyone here watch much Bundesliga?
Decent coach if you can get him. He's done really well with Leipzig and they are a really tough outfit to break down
Well he's agreed in principle apparently so fingers crossed. Tough to break down would definitely be a start!
Leipzig never looked like a high pressing team, to me. More of a Leicester, soak it up and hit them with fast counter attacks.
He's not been managing them this season. Although I've just checked his record and he's been successful everywhere he has been. Bayern are out of sorts, this season
Genuinely can't see Poch going Utd. Far bigger club but not really a better side, he'd have to do to Utd what he initially did with us in terms of weeding out the deadwood and then building from scratch. Be surprised if he wanted to do another "project" as he likes to call it. Think he'd rather go to a side who's more or less guaranteeing success at the moment. PSG or Real is where I think he could end up in time.
We've took 20 point from our last 8 games. Don't forget we've still not been able to put our strongest side out for any matches yet. Hopefully from January onwards they're all back and we can storm the league. Can't see us not getting promoted, tbh. We are the best team in that league, by a mile.
