There's still time for us to mangle negotiations and announce the dream team of Joe Kinnear and David Moyes.
It feels like the possible emergence from a self-inflicted rut. One off games don't count, but the possible prevention of a cascade downhill does.
Wonder who this is being driven by? Would Gao's representatives be this shrewd (re: RH and Mitchell)?
The Board seems to be geeting their act togther - I feel rather strange writing that statement - l feel somewhat light-headed!! Hopefully, the appointment of the new manager follows shortly - Hasenhuttl is being suggested and, on what l have read - might be an inspired choice. Now to lie-down in a dark room and recover...
Today I love Hazelnuts, Hazel is my favourite rabbit in Watership Down. I'm going to start calling my girlfriend Hazel. All of it. I am so very pleased to be able to actually want to start watching Saints again!
Panic management that’s what is going on. This in my view is a poor decision and all those jumping up and down with glee need to be careful what they wish for. No one ready to replace, another delay in getting the team balance and still the same players. Things were turning around that was clear on Saturday. I do not at this moment feel very proud of the way the club is being run. This all points to another period of raised but eventually dashed hopes.
The only thing kinky about this is the possibility of getting Pompey in the cup with a manager who knows what they are doing.
If we appoint Hasenhuttl before Saturday, how is that a panic move? Incredibly highly rated coach who took Leipzig to second and sixth in the German league. If that's coupled with Mitchell coming back, surely you can see the sense here?
Bottom line is only one league win all season and none at SMS it couldn't go on like that for much longer IMO.
