Just taken the junior football. My faith has been restored. Windy as **** but the games were on, played 3 seven a side's and the talent and commitment from some boys is extraordinary. We've got this half Chinese kid. Never touches the ball, absolutely crap and the game just goes on around him but he plays in prominent positions and runs around trying his best. Last seconds of the second game, it's 1-1 and my son breaks through on goal, this kids is skipping around next to him generally getting in the way. My lad could have scored but he slots it across and this boy shins it in to score the winner. First goal he's ever scored, was brilliant scenes. Made my day that.
