Arsenal should’ve been out of sight in the first 25 mins, we were terrible and our CBs throughout the whole half have been shocking, I’d get Toby on for one of them. Will take a 2-1 lead but it’s gonna be a long second 45 if we remain this shaky at the back, very unlike us, our defence are usually so reliable.
Great half of football. We were slow to get started and let Arsenal surprise us with an early gifted goal, but then we woke up and rattled them good and hard. We lead at half time, in a game where we could so easily have fallen to pieces. The second half is sure to be a belter. We need to be on our toes from the off.
Thought the goalie should have down better with the header at the np. Can’t legislate for cheats but laughed at Sissoko bottling a scrap with Mustafi.
