Why so negative? top of the league and won 3 - 1? Doesn't matter where a team is in the league, it's quite arrogant to expect we will hammer them.
They've drawn most of their recent games and proved hard to beat. So to run out 3 - 1 winners at the final whistle, with the added confidence of two young lads getting their first goals for the club represents a bloody good afternoon's work. No reason to belittle Rotherham at all imho.
Watching on ifollow looked like Vrancic played slightly more advanced in the second half which gave him more space to pick some passes. Once we equalized Rotherham seemed to tire and make some mistakes, allowing Max to make his run unchallenged (excellent assist by Cantwell), and then Stiepermann to snatch the ball from a fatigued defender and set up Pukki for the tap in. Several more chances followed. Meh first half, followed by bossing the second half seems to be our MO.
It seems strange that we managed to eventually beat Rotherham at home (20th) just managed to beat Milwall at home (23rd) in the 97th minute, draw against Hull (19th) away. We appear to make heavy weather of beating/drawing against bottom 6 teams.
Brilliant game , missed the first 10 minutes . Chuffed for Tod and Aarons with their first league goals.
Probably because they're fighting to stay up so obviously it's not going to be an easy game like you think it should.
The way we play is more difficult against teams packing their own area. Rotherham wore themselves out pressing in the first half and that allowed us to play our game in the second half. Patience and belief in themselves then pays off with well worked goals.
Not strange at all unless you are looking for a reason to be negative. When the bottom teams play the top teams they park the bus which makes it difficult for the top teams to shine. If you look at our results against the current bottom 9 it does not support the view that we are making heavy weather of things.
Really good performance we made it look quite easy and scored at the perfect times. Good to see 3 academy players finish the game with 2 of them on the score sheet.

Just watched the Sky Sports video and we were extremely fortunate not to be 2 goals down at half time. Following on from the what fans have said, as Rotherham tired we seemed to get on top more. The score should have been 4 - 2 with Pukki missing a golden chance when clean through. Bolton next so this game could be a repeat of the other games against lower opposition. Interesting fact that came out of BBC Final Score: 17 teams in the past 20 seasons who have topped the Championship at the start of December have gone on to be promoted.
