Or online gaming generally? The proposed stake reduction for high street FOBT's may see more people open online accounts.

I don't care what he thinks, I was just pointing out that he's a twat and for all daddy's wealth has bought him, he's respected by absolutely no-one.
Indeed, but one day he'll have decisions that he can't make himself, and no amount of money or possessions will influence said decisions. It's known as life, and the karma that often goes with it. If and when that time comes, he'll have a gigantic dose of schadenfreude from many people heading his way.
Exactly. He's a paper millionaire, but some times paper can blow away. I bet he can't wait to see the will...hopefully the old boy will give it all away to the Dogs Home.
Hmmm from CR off the ci board. Tax law Obi. Simple as that. Hull City Tigers have a liability with Allamhouse. £60m is it? Dunno, something like that. They will pay their outstanding, so all creditors are paid, but mostly £34m to Allamhouse, I.e, themselves. It’s an arms length transaction and got nothing to do with the people being the self same. If you think there is some moral police force waiting around the corner to nab them then you are going down the wrong path. Putting City in admin because it is no longer viable is the ONLY solution for them, aside from them feeding the hole in the ground again and they ain’t doing that again. If t5ere is no support For a £100k a week debt then as directors they would be liable for future debts, not past debts. It’s pretty simple stuff. They are in no danger other than a few keyboard warriors like ourselves shouting “cheat” from a very long distance, but in reality it’s not even a cheat, b3cause City owe them the money and they have a legal right to get it. Payment being controlled by the Allams is not a factor.
Quite a few people on there saying you are wrong obi. The old man will have had an exit strategy for a long time.
They didn't google the tax law to see if a holding company can get tax relief on writing off loans to a subsidiary or what can happen if he repaid his loan within the 2 years prior to going into administration. Some people accept what other people say as facts. Awkward sods use the internet to see if it is correct. In this case there is no tax benefit from putting City into administration and the administrator can try and reclaim any monies paid to Allamhouse within the 2 years prior to administration. Any such payment could result in the Allams being disqualified to act as company directors. He'd also have to provide money to pay the administrator who would sell the club, excluding the outstanding loans to Allamhouse, for a pound. Something he could do himself for nothing. His exit strategy is to sell the club for as much as he can get.
We shall soon see obi. But despite everyone calling them thick ****s and idiots on here, they aren't.
Announcement at 5.00pm I''ve said many times they may be pretty, childish, vindictive ****s but daft they are not. Post by: balkan tiger, Jul 27, 2018 in forum: Hull City The ballot... One thing is for sure , it will be spun in the Allams favour and the fans will argue and be split over it. Notdaft those ****s. Post by: balkan tiger, Mar 10, 2018 in forum: Hull City The Third Meeting. Did I ever tell you that they are notdaft? Petty vindictive and childish but notdaft. Post by: balkan tiger, Feb 7, 2018 in forum: Hull City The Third Meeting. ...say that, as always you need to fully understand every word they say. They are notdaft, petty vindictive and childish ****s they are but notdaft. Post by: balkan tiger, Feb 5, 2018 in forum: Hull City The ballot... The Allams are in danger of moving from the notdaft department to the bloody clever one. ****s they will always be. Post by: balkan tiger, Mar 11, 2018 in forum: Hull City
Precisely. Why would they put their money in their pocket to pay an administrator and risk disqualification when they can write off the debt and sell the club for a pound for a fraction of the cost? I have doubts about how intelligent Assem is but think Ehab saved the club by saying no to Bruce.
