Since that thread is locked now and I know they avidly follow everything I post on this forum (hi guys! ) I'll take the opportunity to reply here, and extend my special thanks to PL54 for pointing out the following;

Unless ITTV has now become a forum for fans of the Emergency Services and inspirational freedom fighters then it's just possible my admiration for Chris Powell has been taken slightly out of context.
Naturally I assumed it was a given that we were discussing football in general at the time, and Charlton Athletic in particular.

 

You can safely ignore PL54, he is a Grade A t wat.

Ahh, you may have been lucky... he should have asked for your name and address (so they can send you a receipt) which is then added to the BTP database of criminals

Next time you feel like quitting smoking buy Allan Carr's book "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking". Did the trick for me after 23years of puffing. I'd probably be dead by now otherwise.
