Bought a kilo of beef this morning. Chopped off the fat, put it through the meat mincer with 3 small onions and a large potato. Added salt, black pepper and olive oil and made 6 decent sized burgers (Not all for me, only 2). Cooked them in the George Foreman grill, toasted some bread rolls in the same and served them with mayo, ketchup and sliced tomatoes. Bloody stonking.
I don't think that their is MacDonalds in Rwanda or the Eastern DRC. Possibly Kinshasa but that is 2000 miles away. There are some Hardy's in Nairobi, but still quicker and better to make them myself.
