Yeah I liked Sousa. Was a bit too defensive at the time but he’s gone on to better things since us and would probably suit the players you have.

 

I just want Fat Sam for the lols.

 

Apart from the geographical convenience of you being in our league, I have no desire to see you fail if it’s not with him.

Unfortunately for you he was a huge success and is now rightly recreating himself as a jewel of the nation, winning us all over with hilarious made-up stories from his long career as a hardworking and successful football manager. ****.

Nah I think this Sousa thing is probably true. In reality we should just do an Everton and get sam in til end of the season then bin him for a progressive manager. No doubt our fans will say he “deserves” the job full time though and demand he gets a new contract

And I'm not convinced this Sousa thing is true, don't think we're truly considering sacking Sparky yet.

 

Yeah I'm not fussed about staying up, but obviously the club will be. I think the Everton approach would be the best outcome for club and fans. A lot of people seem to think if we go down we will go skint, we won't go out of business so that doesn't bother me either. If we plummet through the leagues like Pompey then oh well, it's not that big a deal really. Might actually win League 2

A lot of supporters of non top 6 clubs have felt this way for years. Football does exist outside your little bubble

 

I have heard of people giving it the old "Oh well, never mind....." attitude at being relegated. As someone who has seen their club get relegated, I really do not understand it at all! You should want your team to win every game.......

Of course everyone wants to win every game, that doesn't mean that I will be crying my eyes out if we go down 1, 2, 3, 10 leagues. I'll just want to win every game in that league instead.

 

You saw your club relegated in a very different era, what 30 years ago.

Yeah and football is about more than winning to a lot of people too.
