It was an idiotic thing to do mate. Good of you to fess up. Only a small man would try and pass that off as banter.
Well you're the one that suggested parking a mile or two south of the ground and then a pub about two miles north of it That parking was sound mind, was out of there really quickly which was just what was needed
Don’t worry mate, he’s still flouncing off after his meltdown the other night. Just humour him and he’ll soon pipe down.
... suspect you don't do much walking Libby? ... you were parked about half a mile from the ground - same Rd I was on - parked outside my cousin's house - we were just to the left of where you were sitting - pretty much level with the half-way line - unfortunately they (stewards) delayed us getting out so that the away fans could disperse - did give you a last bell as we got to Boundary Rd just in case you were still in the traffic waiting to turn onto Aylestone Rd - that's the only problem with parking there. Dropped another cousin off in Enderby after the game (which is right next to J21 M1) and got home to Hertfordshire just after midnight - what time did you lads get back? The pub we were in is about a mile from the ground because you can cut from the High St through the University complex - ya lazy git - will see if I can get up for the league game - don't lose yer ****ing tickets this time
I may have exaggerated slightly but once we found a cashpoint after picking up our tickets I looked at my phone and we were still quite far away from it and I didn't want to walk further away from the ground. And there no was traffic when I came out of that road, watched your final penalty from the bottom of the stairs, quickly saluted the lads and I was gone
