Sadly my dear man its you that need to get realistic, but your beginning to bore me now sorry. i`ll leave you to argue with yourself
I enjoyed it tonight much better than Saturday, wish Bowen had have taken that chance but overall thought we deserved a point, we harrassed and got stuck in and overall pleased with performance and a point, our strength in depth really showed when you looked at the bench
Anonymous different from poor......honestly tho, not sure what to make of him tonight, he pressed gamely enough for a while, never really got the ball to feet, certainly didn't create anything for him, but then he didn't create anything for himself either
If you view this as a argument than it is is you dear boy who is confused . It's a difference of opinion sir. That's all.
I spent time deliberately watching just him I have a slightly different opinion He wasn’t good enough to the labelled anonymous IMHO When the ball was put up to him to challenge for he chose to be a few seconds late so as not to have to actually challenge He was slow Really slow His touch was poor He drifted around, or away, not bothering to give other players an option When he did get it to someone he never once looked to burst into the box for a return pass
11420 attendance according to Sky. We know they’ve been adding 20% but it was even emptier than that. West was mostly empty as was East.
Hardly any of the usual people round us in North I’ve literally only just realised that probably the normal bunch had not bothered and the newcomers who were there weren’t sudden converts but they were probably just people from the front few rows that had come up to stay out of the rain!
Excellent performance tonight. A deserved point and the whole team bar one battled all evening. Only downside was how piss poor Chris Martin was. I have the same opinion of him as others who have commented on here. Unbelievably, Kevin Stewart played really well. Wonders never cease!
I disagree I thought Martin did bloody well with the piss poor service he got. Marshalls kicks go nowhere near him. How many times does he kick it in the air to kamil?? Too ****ing many. Martin made some good challenges in our box in the last five minutes. I thought he did well. He's never going to run around like Campbell. Did we ever get any service to him in the box? A cross to attack? No. Elphick hit hm a few times with passes to hold it up and he did that. Played a part in a great team performance. No subs to speak of to come on. Well battled boys against a strong side.
Well done to Stewart. He wasn't great. He often seems to look startled when he gets the ball. Was keen and a bit too eager at times, sold himself. But that challenge when he knocked over that niggly little **** 17 and set up kamil. I was well chuffed for him.
I think it was Sterling who, at the start of our very difficult four match run, said that a five point haul would be good - I didn't think City would manage that after Saturday. Glad to be wrong and well done City.
Having got just got back I've just listened to my bed time story (Burnsie interviewing Nige) Burnsie asks if it is true Milinkovic was in tonight's squad but turned up late. Nige didn't want to discuss. He isn't ever going to play for us.
Martin watch - Very poor first touches. When he does win a header the ball could go anywhere. Slower than a tortoise. We didn’t get any service to him in the box or a cross to attack was the case tonight. But to praise a player on these terms is idiotic. It was a great team performance I agree save for one player.
The number of times on here posters have SEEN how **** (insert players name here) is laughable. City fans can never be content unless there's someone to scapegoat. Weird. No matter how good a performance, Ye but did,you see....how **** he was. It was Henriksen. It's been Growshitski. Kingsley. De Wijs. Always gotta have someone Nige left him on. As he played well. End of.
